Angry? We all feel
/angry at times. When we feel out of control, anger makes us feel in control. But when it rules your life, it robs you of your peace of mind.
Here is how to fix it and fast..
Anger is often reading a situation quickly and incorrectly.. A huge part of our anger is jumping to conclusions and acting on these false perceptions in an aggressive manner. We all have an inner voice that can be soothing and supportive, but it can also be critical and attacking. Which voice are you listening to? Be aware of your choices, so you can be more in control. Remember, your emotions drive your behaviour. Always. If you want to change your behaviour, change your emotions (your automatic reactions) and respond on purpose. It takes some practice, but it will be worth it.
