*SOLD OUT* The Neuroscience of Successful Relationships - GET THE EDGE - What is the secret?
NUMBERS FOR THIS EVENT ARE LIMITED.
Conflict, arguments, difficult relationships, disagreements, broken families, friendships, hurt feelings. What is going on?
We have all been there. Relationships are not easy. Do you know the fundamental reasons why relationships become difficult and people disagree? Do you know where strong feelings come from that seem to spiral out of control? Do you know how you can straighten out the most difficult relationships in your life?
The quality of your life is hugely influenced every day by understanding yourself and others better.
So let's talk about what we can do to live fully and manage ourselves and relationships better.
We all have completely different brains, which affects our thinking, communication and different reactions to the same events. Problems occur when we try to understand other people's behaviour using only ourselves as a starting point. Subconsciously making assumptions they are the same as we are leads to a line of misunderstandings.
Often, even if we understand that we are different from another person, we still feel lost and misunderstood, affecting our own wellbeing and health in the relationship.
In order to change that, we need to look at the place where it all starts and ends, our brains. Is there such a thing as a recipe for successful relationships?
In this talk, you will find out about:
- What does our brain tell us about our behaviour?
- How can we understand ourselves and others better?
- What happens when we disagree with somebody and what can we do?
- How to use this knowledge to create fulfilling and lasting relationships?
- How to communicate more efficiently and effectively with anybody?
In this talk Margareta James will explain the fundamental reasons some relationships work much better whilst others don't and how we can embrace our differences and improve our relationships. This will help you achieve a better understanding of yourself and others around you so you can create more fulfilling, peaceful relationships you desire.
Join us for this talk if you want to understand yourself and others better and if you would like to radically improve your relationships. We look forward to seeing you there!
